Happy Thanksgiving and Some Exciting News

Lisa, Beaumont, and I would like to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving! We are very thankful that you found us here and have taken a seat at the table. Over the last six weeks, I have been working very hard on a second cookbook that will be published in 2020. We will let you know more details about the book and where it will be available for sale so that you can grab a copy. Over the last six months, we have been putting a lot of thought into how to give everyone more value and make visiting Pistou and Pastis worthy of your time. Starting in January we are going to be posting a new recipe about once a week. Sometime in the spring of 2020, we are going to be sharing a series of short cooking videos geared towards beginners but satisfying enough for intermediate cooks as well.
